Employee equity and employee statistics

We have ‘walked the talk’ on non-discriminatory practices. Our people now have every confidence that race, gender, sexual orientation, health issues or other factors will not inhibit their promotional prospects or access to development opportunities.

We will continue with the affirmative action drive, the promotion of women and the focus on employment equity for those with disabilities, not because it is required of us by statute, but because we believe that it is the right thing to do. It is also a business imperative.
