2010/11 Tariff restructuring plan

No tariff restructuring took place for the urban and rural tariffs.

All residential tariffs for billed customers will be converted to the inclining block rate tariff  structure as from 1 April 2010. 

The inclining block rate tariff structure is not applicable to prepaid residential customers from 1 April 2010.
