2012/13 Tariff restructuring plan

No tariff restructuring took place for the urban and rural tariffs.

All residential tariffs for billed customers have been converted to the inclining block rate tariff    from 1 April 2010. 

The inclining block rate tariff  became applicable to prepaid residential customers from 1 April 2011.
