Mr Zola Tsotsi Mr Zola Tsotsi is a chemical engineer. A corporate consultant at Eskom from 2000 to 2004 and a corporate strategy manager at the utility between 1997 and 2000. He has also headed the boards of the Lesotho Highlands Development Authority and the Lesotho Electricity Corporation. |
Mr Brian Dames Mr Dames is currently a director of the following Eskom Holdings subsidiaries: Eskom Enterprises, Rotek Industries (Pty) Ltd, Roshcon (Pty) Ltd. He has a BSc (Hons), an MBA and a Graduate Diploma in utility management. He was appointed as the Group's Chief Executive on 1 July 2010. |

Ms Neo Lesela Ms Leo Lesela has an Industrial Engineering Degree from the University of Salford in the UK, who worked for South African Breweries and Tiger Brands. She then moved to Portnet (now known as the National Ports Authority) as Senior engineer. In 2002 she joined Cell C as Head of project management. In 2008 she became the General manager for Smile Communication. |

Ms Bejabulile Ms Luthuli, CEO of Blackfish Media Consulting is a Chartered Accountant with a successful career in the public and private sector. She has served in group finance leadership, governance and risk management in companies like Unilever SA, SA Port Operations and Hewlett Packard SA. She sits on and chairs multiple Boards and Board Committees including State Diamond Trader, NUMSA Investment Company and Department of Justice / National Prosecuting Authority. |

Ms Queendy Ms Gungubele specialised in Labour Law after completing a B.IURIS DEGREE (University of the North) and worked for NUM for more than 10 years. She completed a Higher Diploma in Labour Law at RAU and a Masters in Labour Law. Prior experience includes Executive Manager Corporate Services in Brakpan Town Council and as Group HR Manager in Ekhurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality, Mathomo Group and Clinix Group before becoming a CCMA accredited Commissioner / Arbitrator. |
