Why CS Mobile?

The number of customers with access to mobile devices (cell phones) has grown exponentially. Customers will benefit from being able to interact with Eskom on their cell phones at their convenience. It will be especially useful to customers without internet access CS Mobile is an additional/complementary channel for Small Power Users (billed residential customers, agricultural customers and small businesses) to perform basic services (Check account balance, check bill dates, meter read submissions where possible) Customers currently submitting manual reads will be able to now submit their meter reads via CS Mobile. Customer information is drawn Eskom’s from current customer and billing systems The customer will access the service using the short code *120*6937566#.
