Save the number in your phone for easy access Have your details ready, once you dial *120*6937566# you need to enter the details immediately. If you wait to look for your information the system will time you out after approximately 15 seconds Choose a 4 Digit PIN you will remember easily, you will need it to Login Choose a security question you will remember easily, you will need it to retrieve your PIN Ensure you are using the 13 Digit ID number or foreign passport number or CK number or Trust number of the owner of the Eskom account . Have your 10 digit Eskom account number ready |

Network availability from cellular service providers |
Please check if you have a signal where you are. If the cell phone signal drops this will also drop your session. |

The maximum allowable length of each session is 3 minutes and then you will be timed out. You will be able to log back in to continue from where you left off |
