Climate

South Africa boast the title "Sunny South Africa" because sunshine varies from 7.5 to 9.5 hours daily on average, compared to 3.8 hours in London and 6.9 hours in New York. It rains on fewer than 80 days a year in Johannesburg while the sun shines for approximately 3200 hours each year.
