Eskom have now added USSD to its suite of self-service channels. Customers wont need data, wont need a smartphone,  and wont even need access to the internet to use the USSD channel.
Eskom is providing this channel to improve customer experience, to offer real time updates, and to ensure customers save money on phone bills when contacting Eskom.
