The Top Employers Certification is awarded to organisations that demonstrate excellence in Human Capital practices and prioritise creating an outstanding workplace. The certification process is rigorous, independent, and data-driven, confirming that Eskom meets the highest international standards in supporting, developing, and caring for its people.
